RoadFlex announced it has been awarded a national cooperative purchasing contract through Sourcewell. The agreement allows public agencies to procure RoadFlex’s fleet payment and fuel management platform through a compliant, competitive process.
Sourcewell Partnership
Sourcewell provides public agencies with pre-negotiated, competitive contracts to streamline procurement. By working with Sourcewell, agencies can save time and ensure compliance with state and local requirements.
Through this contract, agencies and non-profits can access RoadFlex’s platform without a lengthy bidding process, gaining a tool to improve financial oversight and reduce administrative costs.
Modernizing Fleet Payments
Public agencies have long relied on fuel cards designed decades ago, with limited controls and integrations. RoadFlex replaces these systems with a cloud-based platform that offers:
Real-time visibility into spending
Automated policy controls and fraud protection
Integration with fleet, accounting, and telematics systems
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
“Public sector fleets are under constant pressure to improve transparency and reduce costs,” said Rush Akin, chief revenue officer at RoadFlex. “This partnership combines Sourcewell’s purchasing process with our modern fleet payment platform.”
Benefits for Agencies
Sourcewell members using RoadFlex gain access to tools that strengthen cost control and compliance:
Fuel Management: Track fuel usage, expenses, and fleet activity, including retail fueling, in-yard fueling, and EV charging.
Cost Control: Tools to manage fuel costs, reduce waste, and optimize budgets.
Integration: Connections to fleet management, accounting, telematics, and asset management systems.
Compliance and Reporting: Automation to simplify auditing and reporting requirements.
