Natural Gas Training Courses to be Held in Hayward, CA
HAYWARD, CA - Natural Gas Vehicle Institute (NGVi) is offering informational courses to ensure that natural gas vehicle fleets are maintained, fueled, and driven to meet or exceed current safety standards. Two upcoming classes will take place in Hayward, Calif., October 5-7.
HAYWARD, CA - Natural Gas Vehicle Institute (NGVi), a provider of training and consulting services on subjects related to natural gas as an alternative fuel, is offering informational courses to ensure that natural gas vehicle fleets are maintained, fueled, and driven to meet or exceed current safety standards.
Two classes will take place in Hayward, Calif. The Natural Gas Vehicle Driver & Mechanic Safety Training will take place on October 5. The CNG Fuel System Inspector Training, which will teach the proper techniques for inspecting on-board CNG fueling systems, as suggested every three years or 36,000 miles, will take place October 6-7.
The last day to register is Wednesday, September 22. There is a discount for registration of groups three or more. Contact Kristy Maston at kmaston@ngvi.com to receive the discount.
More CNG training courses are scheduled in November in Downey, Calif. The CNG Fueling Station Design Certification Course will take place November 2-3, and the CNG Fueling Station Operation & Maintenance Certification Course will he held November 4-5. The last day to register for these classes is October 22.
The courses are led by Leo Thomason, executive director of NGVi.
