The City of Indianapolis has told city drivers of its electrified vehicles to stop charging the vehicles at home, after several short circuits were reported, according to the Indianapolis Star.

The City of Indianapolis has told city drivers of its electrified vehicles to stop charging the vehicles at home, after several short circuits were reported, according to the Indianapolis Star.
Electrical circuits blew out at the homes of five employees who had Vision Fleet take-home cars. There were no fires or injuries reported.
The employees were driving Chevrolet Volts, Nissan LEAFs and Ford Fusion Energis.
