Holden Industries Acquires Vector Technologies
Holden Industries, Inc., the parent company of Vac-Con, Inc., announced its acquisition of Vector Technologies, Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of industrial vacuum cleaner and cleaning systems.

Holden Industries, Inc. announced its acquisition of Vector Technologies, Ltd., based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Vector is a leading world designer and manufacturer of powerful industrial vacuum cleaner and cleaning systems, air and hydro vacuum excavators, combination vacuum and jetters, hydro blast liquid recovery equipment, abrasive blasting and surface preparation equipment, portable vacuum trailer and baghouses, spill response equipment, asbestos and hazardous waste industrial vacuum removal equipment, and other conveyance products for hazardous and non-hazardous material handling.
Holden Industries is the parent company of Vac-Con, Inc., based in Green Cove Springs, Florida, which is a premiere manufacturer and distributor of truck-mounted and skid-mounted vacuum sewer cleaning equipment, hydro-excavation equipment, and related products. Joseph Haas, President & CEO of Holden Industries, stated that “the addition of Vector represents a significant extension of our product offerings in the vacuum technology arena as well as a further diversification of the customer base for our products.”
