Ford to Release Two Pursuit-Rated Hybrid Vehicles
Ahead of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Ford announced it will offer two new pursuit-rated hybrid-electric police vehicles by 2020.

Ahead of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Ford announced it will offer two new pursuit-rated hybrid-electric police vehicles by 2020.
One of the new vehicles will be built at Chicago Assembly, the Ford plant that currently builds the Police Interceptor Utility and Sedan, but the company did not state when production would begin. Both models will be upfittted with police gear at Ford's police vehicle modification center in Chicago.
The new models will be an addition to the automaker's existing lines of police vehicles, reports the Chicago Tribune.
