A City of Hialeah (Fla.) Public Works employee was arrested April 17 and charged with stealing fuel from the city's fleet fuel pump.
Donte Beauford, 29, has been charged with misdemeanor theft. Supervisors allegedly spotted him filling three fuel containers in the bed of his assigned utility vehicle, reports CBS Miami.
Beauford allegedly stole about five gallons of fuel.
