TORRANCE, CA – Out of 31 nominees announced in February, the competition for the title of 2009 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year has been narrowed down to four finalists. The winner will be announced April 26 at the 2009 NAFA Institute & Expo in New Orleans.
