City of Alcoa Fleet Manager Earns CAFM
KNOXVILLE, TN – Steve Hillis, fleet manager and purchasing agent for the City of Alcoa, recently earned the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager designation.
KNOXVILLE, TN – Steve Hillis, fleet manager and purchasing agent for the City of Alcoa, recently earned the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) designation, the fleet management industry's highest level of certification, from the NAFA Fleet Management Association, reported the Knoxville News Sentinel.
Hillis has 31 years of fleet experience and manages the Support Services Division within the City of Alcoa's Public Works Department. He oversees all aspects of the city fleet of 325 vehicles, operational rolling stock and equipment for all departments, and also serves as the city purchasing agent. Hillis has been a member of the NAFA Fleet Management Association since 2001.
