FITCHBURG, MA - Senior Vice President of Chevin Fleet Solutions, Ron Katz, will be presenting his views on technology’s role in creating greener fleet operations at this year’s Granite State Clean Cities Conference.

Set to take place on the 1st of June, the conference will bring together a number of leading fleet industry professionals from around New England with the aim of sharing experiences and best practice to promote more environmentally friendly, streamlined fleet operations.

Scheduled for the 2nd breakout session, Katz will present examples of organizations embracing technology to realize improved green fleet credentials, from reduced fuel consumption to automated CO2 emission reporting. He will also outline a number of less obvious ways fleets can utilize fleet management information systems to help reduce the wider organization’s carbon footprint.

Katz comments: “I’m excited to have the opportunity to share the many ways fleet management software can be used to improve the environmental efficiency of an organization while reducing fleet spend at the same time. This conference marks a real commitment to the importance of reducing harmful emissions and embracing innovation to facilitate greener fleet cultures and I’m proud to be a part of it.”

The conference will be held at the Nashua Community College, New Hampshire. To find out more about how fleet management software can deliver a range of improvement objectives to your fleet operation, visit Chevin's website or contact Ron Katz directly on ron.katz@chevinfleet.com.
