ORLANDO, FL - The Carbon E7 continues to gain recognition as the first and only true purpose-built law enforcement patrol vehicle. Upon completion of its 57th Pure Justice Tour stop in Orlando at the 117th Annual International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference and Exposition, Carbon Motors topped over 15,825 reservations from all 50 U.S. States — an unequivocal showing of strong demand for this breakthrough product.

The IACP Conference is the largest gathering of law enforcement professionals in the world. Over 14,000 senior law enforcement officials attended the conference and visited more than 750 exhibitors in the Expo Hall during the five day event. FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III, Assistant Attorney General Laurie O. Robinson, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, and Vice President Joe Biden spoke at the First General Assembly at IACP 2010.

Vice President Biden recognized that state and local law enforcement play an essential role in counterterrorism efforts — a fact that Carbon Motors weighed heavily in the development of the E7.

"Today, it's the local cop who is going to discover the terrorist working out of a local home," Biden said. "It's the local cop who is going to be the first responder to a suspicious vehicle in Times Square. It won't be a guy in fatigues and goggles; it's going to be local cops, doing their rounds."

Carbon Motors next stop on the Pure Justice Tour will be at the Operation Pull Over Banquet in Carmel, Ind. on Nov. 19. The Banquet recognizes and honors Indiana law enforcement officers for their accomplishments on the job. Carbon Motors looks forward to sharing the first and only vehicle built to honor their efforts.
