Daimler North America is expanding its Car2go car-sharing network to include Ohio State University, the company has announced.
The point-to-point car-sharing network located in Columbus, Ohio, will be expanded to include the university under a partnership that brings 10 new car-sharing parking locations to the campus beginning Monday. Car2go began service in Columbus in October.
A Car2go awareness campaign will help educate students, faculty, and visitors to the campus about the initiative, according to a release. Signage will mark the 10 surface parking areas designated for Car2go vehicles.
