AUSTIN, TEXAS - With more than half of its municipal fleet vehicles using alternative fuels (nearly 55 percent), the City of Austin, Texas, will be highlighted as this week's Clean Cities Success Story. Austin's goal is to have a carbon-neutral city fleet by 2020.
