ATCO, N.J. – Arsenault Associates Inc., a provider of fleet maintenance management solutions, has announced record growth in 2005 and plans for 2006. Charles Arsenault, company founder and president, said Arsenault Associates acquired 80 new fleet clients in 2005. Revenues grew by 18 percent over the previous year. Arsenault provides Dossier software, products, and services for efficient management of maintenance of commercial vehicles and equipment. Dossier software helps save time, effort, and money, particularly in the heavy truck, bus, construction, and government fleet sectors. According to Arsenault, the growth in 2005 included a number of key executive appointments at Arsenault Associates. Jack Boetefuer was appointed chief operating officer; John Davis, former president of Virginia Overland Transportation, was named training, deployment, and fleet system consultant; and Sydney B. Nice as established an Arsenault office in Houston for the Southwest region. Arsenault also noted the company saw increased technology use in fleet maintenance, including Pocket Dossier for PDA handheld computers, used primarily by mobile technicians, supervisors, and executives. Arsenault said in 2006 he expects continued growth in the trend toward integration between Dossier and customer fleet’s enterprise management systems. “We will continue to build our talented technology development and management team, and our corporate offices will move to new, larger quarters,” Arsenault said, adding that more regional customer-service offices will also be established. He said a number of technology enhancements will debut in the coming year, including customer-focused upgrades to its web site at www.arsenault.biz/ and new tire-tracking functionality for Dossier.
