David Lewis is the founder and CEO of MoveEV, an AI-backed EV transition company that helps organizations convert fleet and employee-owned gas vehicles to electric, and reimburse for charging at home. Dave is an experienced B2B software executive with significant experience systematically creating value through new product offerings, M&A, and transforming tech-enabled services to SaaS.

A 32-year veteran of magazine publishing, David started his career as a regional sales manager at HDT and now runs this industry-leading publication. David has served in a variety of sales and management positions with such trade journals as Tire Review, Fleet Equipment and Fleet Owner. After graduating from the University of Dayton with a degree in marketing communications, David went to work for National Seating Company, a leading transportation seating manufacturer, where he handled sales and marketing responsibilities and called on the OEM’s, fleets and HD distributors. Over the years, David has been a member of The American Trucking Associations, Technology & Maintenance Council, the Society of Automotive Engineers and numerous state truck associations. David is an ex-SCCA racer, and enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and traveling with his family. He and his wife, Laurie, live in Ohio with their two children, Geoff and Lauren.

Facundo Tassara, MPA, is the fleet success ambassador with RTA: The Fleet Success Company. He previously worked as the fleet manager for the cities of Norfolk, Virginia, and Ormond Beach, Florida.

Fred Fakkema is the former Vice President of Safety and Compliance at Zonar.

Gary Lykins is the former fleet manager, shop supervisor, and lead mechanic for the Town of Jonesborough. He spent a season as shop foreman for the National Science Foundation’s Antarctic mixed fleet of about 450 assets and a season as a mechanic for the North Carolina Forest Service. He is the owner and lead technician of First Town Motor, an automobile service company.
