Isena Garcia, CAFM, was named manager, regional fleet operations at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
She assumed this position in January.
Prior to this, Garcia was contracts and procurement specialist for the city of Sacramento, where she served from October 2013 to December 2016.
