The City of Fort Collins, Colorado; the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Dakota County, Minnesota were named 2023 Elite Fleets.

Government Fleet magazine recognized the 2023 Elite Fleets at the Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) on May 22.
The Elite Fleets are fleets that have been previously recognized as No. 1. They continue to maintain excellence within their own operations and agree to judge this award. Each fleet is recognized during the Honors Celebration at GFX, which takes place in Dallas this year.
This year's Elite Fleets are:
- City of Tulsa, Oklahoma
- City of Fort Collins, Colorado
- Dakota County, Minnesota
