Dallas Expands Business with 10th IGA
This is the tenth fleet service intergovernmental agreement (IGA) for the Dallas fleet department, which staffs two full-time mechanics to perform all fleet work and apparatus work on vehicles. The first timeframe for the agreement lasts through June 30 and would be automatically renewed yearly unless either party gives a 30-day notice.
The contract stipulates that the initial service for Monmouth police vehicles will be limited. However, the agreement provides the basis for Dallas Fleet Services to support all city of Monmouth vehicles and apparatus.
All IGAs contracted through the city of Dallas have a $100-per-hour rate.
