Brian Kelley of the band Florida Georgia Line donated 12 new YOLO Bolt eBikes that will allow the BCSO Sand Patrol greater maneuverability on sandy beaches and a quicker response time, according to a post on the Bay County, Fla., Sheriff's Office's official Facebook account. The bikes have been "enhanced" with sturdier frames, bigger batteries, and lights and sirens for law enforcement.

The bikes cost about $3,000 each, according to a report by WFSU. YOLO CEO Jeff Archer says the e-bikes only require general maintenance, such as lubricating the chain. He says the batteries will last three years if used daily.
