Elgin Sweepers, Seagrave Fire Trucks Recalled for Seat Belts

Elgin Sweeper Co. and Seagrave Fire Apparatus are recalling street sweepers and fire vehicles to address faulty seat belts, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced.
