Renewable Diesel Coming to Washington

Targa Sound Terminal in Tacoma, Wash., will become what is believed to be the first terminal in the state to offer renewable diesel (R99) in early 2017. The terminal, which sells to distributors, is making the fuel available due to increasing demand from government agencies.
