Jacksonville Passes Reform Legislation, Will Appoint New Fleet Chief

JACKSONVILLE, FL - City of Jacksonville Mayor Alvin Brown signed legislation to streamline city government. The legislation will rename and amend the department that oversees the fleet management division.
