Santa Ana Plans to Have 75% ‘Green’ Fleet by 2016

SANTA ANA, CA - Santa Ana's five-year alternative energy plan will convert the fleet to 75-80 percent alt-fuel and hybrid units and will decrease fleet size by 10-15 percent.
