Berlenbach Moves to City of Phoenix

OXNARD, CA - Dan Berlenbach, fleet services manager for the City of Oxnard, has been appointed equipment maintenance superintendent for the City of Phoenix's Equipment Management Division. He will be replacing James Moody, who retired in 2010.
