EMS Fleet Manager Arrested for Theft
The fleet manager for Cumberland Goodwill EMS in Pennsylvania allegedly made personal purchases with company money and stole from the petty cash fund.

A fleet manager in Pennsylvania was arrested for theft from the fleet.
Jeffrey Salisbury, assistant EMS chief and fleet manager for the Cumberland Goodwill Emergency Medical Services, allegedly submitted hours on his time sheet that were not worked, took cash from the petty cash fund for personal use, used the company gas card to fill up his personal vehicles, and used the company credit card to purchase items for personal use, according to a release from the Carlisle Police Department.
Detectives from the Carlisle Police Department and Cumberland County Criminal Investigation Division calculated the total loss to Cumberland Goodwill EMS to be $53,021.21. Salisbury admitted to the allegations noted above.
