The new Diamond Lift 70 is a full-rise, in-ground telescopic piston lift with greater lifting capacity than Stertil-Koni’s previous models. It is available in either a two- or three-piston configuration with a total lifting capacity of 35,000 lbs per piston.

Made in Stertil-Koni’s manufacturing facility in Streater, Ill., Diamond Lift 70 features telescopic pistons that are hard-chrome-plated to prevent corrosion and wear and protect all critical seals from debris damage.

Diamond 70 is available in a cassette and frame version. Both models are hot-dip galvanized, providing corrosion resistance at the floor level. Containments are also coated internally and externally with DiamondGuard to prohibit shop fluids from entering the environment. The frame model is specifically engineered for concrete foundations and works with existing concrete vaults, making it ideal for replacement situations.

Both models feature a shallow install depth, utilize biodegradable hydraulic fluid standard – with less than 5 gallons per piston – and deliver a corrosion-free durable aluminum trench cover system with ful drive-over load capacity

Diamond 70 also features a mechanical locking system that utilizes a hardened, nitro-carburized locking rod to provide superior resistance to corrosion and wear. It is also one of the few piston-style in-ground lifts designed to be lowered into a mechanically locked situation without placing undesired pressure on the piston seals.
