IronPlanet is organizing a four-day auction featuring a wide range of late-model, low-hour equipment from Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere, Komatsu, JLG, Genie and more. The event will run from Feb. 13 to 17 and take place in Kissimmee, Fla., with each day starting at 9 a.m. Eastern time.
The decision to span its Florida Cat Auction Services Unreserved Public Auction over four days was made to meet the needs of the dozens of featured Caterpillar dealers, leading OEMs, dealers, construction companies, rental companies, financial institutions, and other large fleet owners that have consigned equipment.
The event will be hosted by one of the largest Cat dealers in North America, Ring Power Corp. of St. Augustine, Fla.
The event, according to the company, will also include an expanded inventory of items from additional OEMs and sellers to give buyers an improved opportunity to purchase additional equipment.
This year, the event will also feature IronPlanet’s recently introduced IronPlanet LiveStream, a platform that will allow live on-site auction features for buyers who need to stay in the field, on the job, or who prefer the convenience of buying online, the company stated. Further aspects of the event will also be mobile enabled, such as registration and attendance reporting.
