Sterling Fleet Outfitters, a provider of vehicle upfitting solutions, has launched a new product designed to change upfitting for vans. Developed in Canada, this new product is the result of research, development, and testing to meet a growing demand for innovative and sustainable van upfitting solutions.

The new product, Packd, is a shelving system that boast a weight 30% lighter than conventional shelving products. In addition to being lighter, it is also made out of recycled material, making it a more environmentally friendly option. Despite being made out of recycled material, the shelving system is still able to withstand a carrying capacity of 250 lbs per shelf.

This new product is particularly suited for those who adopt EV fleets, as it is lighter and more efficient, helping to improve the overall performance of the vehicle. Operators of gas-powered vehicles also benefit as reducing weight improves fuel efficiency. The innovative technology behind the product also helps to reduce the
carbon footprint of the fleet
, making it a more sustainable option for businesses.

"With the launch of Packd, the company is further strengthening its position as a leader in the industry, providing sustainable solutions to meet the changing needs of businesses. We are also excited to announce that our new product is patent pending, which reflects our commitment to innovation and leadership," said Randall Buck,
General Manager for Sterling Fleet Outfitters. "We believe that the Packd system will help to support the growing adoption of EV fleets while also reducing the impact on the environment."
