How-to Video 5: Present Forecast Modeling Data in a Combination Chart

December 10, 2012

TEMPE, AZ – Video 5 of Aaron Alvarado’s how-to video series on presenting fleet data goes through how to present the forecast modeling data from Video 4 in an eye-appealing format. This allows the fleet manager to take a large quantity of data and create a clear and concise data summary in a graph format.

This is the last video in a five-part How-to video series on presenting data for fleet benchmarking, presented by Alvarado, fleet manager for the City of Tempe, Ariz. Alvarado has covered how to graphically depict idle time, how to embed this idle time graph into Excel, how to combine and separate data fields in Excel using the concatenate/de-concatenate function, and how to create a forecast model by cost center.
