Deep Cleaning of an undercarriage can prolong the vehicle life by up to two years.

WNV-Systems, a UK manufacturer of automatic undercarriage wash systems, is now distributing within the U.S.

The WNV-Systems Automatic Undercarriage Wash System, first invented 30 years ago, has been used by municipal fleets, sanitation departments, bus and transit authorities/organizations, and trucking corporations aiding to prolong the life of fleet vehicles.

The system has the capability to remove all salt brine, mud, grime, oil, and road sprays minimizing the amount of time that chlorides have to start eating away at the metal preventing rusting.

Increasing Vehicle Lifecycles Through Early Care

The system is geared toward government fleets by increasing the life of vehicles by an estimated two years in order to allow savings that can be invested back into the city to meet environmental goals such as electrification.

The undercarriage wash operates on a HMI touchscreen interface with up to 10 available programmes and tracking system. Programmable for all types of vehicles including electric and hybrid vehicles, it can also concentrate specifically on contaminated areas, such as engines and gearboxes.
