Temporary sites present a wide range of challenges for operators who rely on power while conducting jobs, maintenance, or repairs. Incompatible voltages with equipment, lack of receptacles, and unreachable power connections are examples of issues related to working in remote locations that can make general tasks complicated and extremely time consuming. Larson Electronics portable power distribution systems are vibration-resistant units are designed for rugged and outdoor temporary sites like these.

All system components, such as the transformer and panels, are mounted to a powder coated upright dolly cart with rubber tires for mobility around remote areas. A NEMA 3R in-use weather shield protects the breakers and receptacles from rugged elements, debris, and impacts resulting in increased safety.

Back and front-located handles facilitate transportation on the ground. The heavy-duty units also feature a center-point eyelet for lifting with cables or chain hooks.

The portable power distribution systems are offered in various primary and secondary voltages, kVA ratings, circuit breaker and receptacle configurations, input connections, and more. These features support specific operating or project requirements and help operators maximize the use of their tools and equipment.
