Anyone whomever worked with Windell knows there has never been a kinder, more courtious professional fleet manager. No matter what the problem, it was always greeted with that beautiful smile and that 'Mr. Rogers' positive attitude. Windell will be missed from our ranks.

Windell was a true fleet professional and very positive force in our field. I'm proud to say he was a friend and will be missed tremendously.

Win took being a fleet manager very seriously. I worked for Win for 22 years. Being good was never enough; we had to be the best.
