BISMARCK, ND – North Dakota Gov. John Hoeven has traded a sedan for an SUV, according to the Web site www.kxma.com. Hoeven’s official car is now a black 2006 GMC Yukon. For the past three years, he’s driven a Buick Park Avenue. Both vehicles are leased. Hoeven says he wanted the Yukon because it’s a flex-fuel vehicle and can burn gas or E-85 fuel, a mix of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline.
