CINCINNATI, OH — The City of Cincinnati will begin using satellite technology this winter to keep close track of its snowplows, according to the Web site www.channelcincinnati.com/. City Public Services Director Daryl Brock said the system will track the trucks, so when a complaint comes in about a street that has not been plowed, the city will be able to get a plow there more quickly, according to the report. Cincinnati also is working on developing an e-mail warning system to help spread the word about snow emergencies.
