Kaua'i County Adds Gasboy Fuel Management System

February 8, 2005

LIHU'E, HI – Kaua'i County in Hawaii has selected Gasboy FleetKey as the county's computerized fleet fuel management system. A key with a memory chip will be supplied to each county vehicle to track how much fuel the vehicle is using.

The system will also alert county officials when vehicles should be replaced before costly maintenance is needed. The program will initially cover all county vehicles except the public safety fleet.
