Social Networking Sites and Fleet - Do They Connect?

August 06, 2009

ORRANCE, CA - The current buzz is "social networking," online communities of people who share interests and/or activities. Encouraging people around the world to communicate, network, and share information, social networking has taken quite a hold.

At a recent NAFA Fleet Management Association Pacific Southwest (PSW) Chapter meeting, Joseph Aldrich (The Cypress Group) and Rebekah King (Rebiz Works) discussed how fleets can utilize social networking sites to keep up with the industry, peers, and more.

Based on this seminar, Automotive Fleet, Government Fleet, and Work Truck magazines want to know, do you currently use social networking Web sites?

I have recently implemented a Twitter account for our fleet lease management company, but am still unsure as to how to run it. Any suggestions? Our twitter address is Fleetcare , Feel free to follow and share ideas with us
