The City of Sacramento, Calif., patrol cars will soon have ballistic doors, with the city council voting to approve more than $440,000 to buy the ballistic panels.
N.C. City Switches from Chargers to Police Interceptors
Dodge Chargers have been the chosen patrol car of the Mount Airy Police Department (N.C.) since 2010. The agency decided to switch to Ford's Police Interceptor Utility because its all wheel drive is more conducive to the city’s weather conditions.
