The Phoenix Police Department has ordered five new Airbus H125 helicopters to assist with aerial surveillance and search and rescue missions.
The City of San Diego plans to spend $21 million over the next five years to replace the Police Department’s aging fleet of four helicopters purchased in 2004 and 2005.

Dare County, N.C., has taken delivery of an Airbus H145 helicopter for its air medical transport service that covers the Outer Banks region. It will be the first H145 operating in the U.S., according to Airbus.
