Stertil-Koni’s Diamond Lift is a high-pressure telescopic piston lift. Made at Stertil-Koni’s manufacturing facility in Streator, Ill., Diamond Lift is available in either a two- or three-piston configuration with a total lifting capacity of 64,000 lbs. and 96,000 lbs. respectively. The design of the Diamond Lift’s telescopic pistons protects all the critical seals from potential damage by debris. Further, Diamond Lift piston rods are hard-chrome-plated for maximum protection against corrosion and wear. This lift is certified to ANSI/ALI ALCTV current edition by ETL/Intertek.

From an environmental standpoint, the Diamond Lift utilizes biodegradable oil, and the upper portion of the steel containment is hot galvanized, which provides corrosion resistance at floor level and ensures proper interlock with the foundation. The containments are coated internally and externally with DiamondGuard, which not only safeguards against corrosion and electrolysis, but also prohibits hazardous shop fluids from entering the environment.

The Diamond Lift also features a mechanical locking system that utilizes a hardened, nitro carburized locking rod to provide superior resistance to corrosion and wear.  The Diamond Lift is designed to allow the lift to be lowered into a mechanically locked situation without placing undesired pressures on the piston seals.  The gravity-engaged locking assembly can be accessed from floor level.

Ultrasonic sensors provide real time synchronization for ultimate safety.  Additionally, all power units and control components are located in the above-ground console for easy troubleshooting and maintenance.
