TORRANCE, CA – Government Fleet magazine is looking for more nominations for its Technician of the Month recognition program. Each month Government Fleet will feature a technician on Government Fleet’s website, and in our enewsletter, from the submissions we receive from within Fleet Toolbox, which is free to join for public-sector fleet professionals.

For public-sector fleet managers, recognizing employees is crucial to good morale, and we want to provide you with a new way to recognize the technicians who not only work hard, day in, day out, but who contribute great ideas that improve maintenance operations.

If you are already a member of Fleet Toolbox, when you're logged in, you can nominate a technician by clicking on the Technician of the Month banner on the right.

Key criteria to focus on when submitting a candidate are not only certifications and years of experience but also creativity, such as novel solutions to maintenance problems, cost-saving ideas, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
