GREENVILLE, TEXAS – Hunt County is slated to conduct its annual auction of surplus equipment later this month, according to the Herald-Banner.

Among the items up for auction are 14 Ford sedans, a Chevrolet Tahoe, Dodge van, riding mower, new stainless steel refrigerator, dump trucks, and various other pieces of equipment.

The auction will be conducted by McKinney-based René Bates Auctioneers, Inc., which specializes in online auctions of municipal and utility company fleet vehicles and equipment.

The auction will be open to the public. Bidding will open June 15 and close 10 a.m. June 30.

Inspection of all items is by appointment only, and interested individuals can contact the Hunt County Purchasing Department at 903-408-4292.
