During a Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Terry Overton, following a routine traffic stop, said Julianne Marshall, a spokesperson for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, according to AP.

Overton was indicted on charges of making and possessing an unregistered explosive device, as well as destruction of property by use of explosive. He has pled innocent in the U.S. District Court in Tacoma and remains in federal custody.
