WORCESTER, MD – The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) has given Worcester County a $40,000 grant to help reinstate a biodiesel fuel program for approximately 100 of the county's fleet vehicles, according to the Maryland Coast Dispatch. Worcester County had been using B20, a blend of 20 percent biodiesel and 80 percent standard diesel, in its fleet vehicles in 2002. The program was abandoned due to financial constraints.
