The Colorado Municipal League (CML) has developed a COVID-19 resource webpage for municipal officials, which provides sample and best practice documents, municipal closure information, links to municipal COVID-19 pages, and links to information sources to assist municipalities with questions related to the pandemic. The page is located here

“The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented event, and municipalities are faced with new questions related to the response every day,” said CML Executive Director Kevin Bommer. “We developed this page as a one-stop resource to allow municipalities to learn from one another during this time. The page is continuously updated as new resources are received.”

While the webpage lists action and response plans from Colorado municipalities, these may be helpful for public agencies nationwide.

In addition to the webpage, while the CML office has been closed to encourage social distancing, CML staff is fully available to Colorado municipalities to answer questions and advocate on their behalf. CML is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization representing the interests of 270 cities and towns.
