As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread across the U.S. and worldwide, industry events catering to public fleets have been canceled or postponed. Here’s a roundup of event news.

The Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX), scheduled for May 18-21 in Anaheim, Calif., has been postponed for Fall.

The ACT Expo, scheduled for May 11-14 in Long Beach, Calif., has been postponed to summer 2020.

AssetWorks has canceled its AssetWorks Academy, scheduled for Hollywood, Calif., April 5-9. Instead, it is hosting a virtual academy, offered to customers for free.

The Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference, scheduled for May 31 to June 3 in Williamsburg, Va., has been canceled.

The Faster Customer Conference, scheduled for March 22-25 in Virginia Beach, Va., has been posponed for late Fall.

The Florida Association of Governmental Fleet Administrators (FLAGFA) has postponed its Spring Conference, originally scheduled for March 18-20 in Daytona Beach Shores. It has been rescheduled for May 27-29.

The NAFA Fleet Management Association announced that its 2020 Institute & Expo has been rescheduled for Sept. 18-20 in Indianapolis.

The Mid-America Trucking Show, scheduled for March 26-28 in Louisville, Ky., has been canceled.

The American Public Works Association (APWA) has canceled its North American Snow Conference, scheduled for April 18-20 in Cleveland, Ohio.
