NAFA 2020 Institute & Expo has been postponed into the late summer or early fall season of 2020.

The NAFA Fleet Management Association’s Board of Directors met on March 11 and made this decision following increasing concerns about COVID-19 and the World Health Organization’s classification of the outbreak as a pandemic.

“This was a difficult decision for our organization, but ultimately NAFA Board of Directors are taking this extraordinary step to help protect the safety and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors and all participants from the coronavirus,” said Patti Earley, CAFM, president, NAFA Fleet Management Association.

All registrations are now being transferred to the new event dates. Information about the new event and the organization’s new policies will be distributed within 30 days.

Any hotel bookings made through NAFA’s housing links and the Visit Indy Housing Bureau will be canceled, and a new hotel link will be sent once the hotel rooms for the new dates are available.

NAFA will also hold an exhibitor and sponsor town hall webinar on March 17 to answer questions.
