The Broadview Heights, Ohio, Police Department is converting to an all-SUV patrol fleet, with its first SUV additions being purchased this year, Cleveland.com reported.

The city will purchase four Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles and one Dodge Durango PPV for administrative purposes. The SUVs provide more room for computers and equipment and handle well both on- and off-road, the department stated. They will replace five Dodge Chargers.
