Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA), the provider of Cat lift trucks in North America, introduced its new series of Cat 4,500- to 6,500-lb. capacity sit-down electric counterbalance lift trucks. The Cat EC23N - EC30LN series’ key features include energy efficiency, extended service life, and precise load handling.

Featuring advanced AC motors and optimized regenerative braking systems, the Cat lift trucks’ electric cushion tire forklifts are equipped to run longer on one battery charge. The two-stage hydraulic system determines the optimum motor speed, resulting in reduced energy consumption and longer run times.

The lift truck returns energy to the battery when it decelerates, changes directions, or brakes are applied. Results are extended run times and extended service brake life.

The two-stage hydraulic system allows these cushion tire lift trucks to provide precise load handing with fast lift speeds and less energy consumption.
