The State of North Dakota Department of Transportation is hiring a state fleet division director. The State Fleet Services Division is responsible for the management, operations, maintenance, purchase, and disposal of all state-owned vehicles as well as the Aviation Services Section.

The fleet division director directs and administers state fleet vehicles located in state agencies, universities, extension/research centers, and nine motor pools; administers the insurance, risk management, and fuel programs for the NDDOT and statewide drug and alcohol program; supervises fleet operations managers and a flight operations manager; and directs and administers NDDOT-owned airplanes and flight operations.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional work experience, including staff management.
