The 2020 Ford Explorer Limited Hybrid’s 3.3-liter hybrid engine delivers an EPA-estimated 29 mpg highway/27 mpg city in rear-wheel-drive models, along with its estimated range of 500 miles.
Meanwhile, the Explorer Hybrid’s four-wheel-drive version also delivers an estimated 26 mpg highway and 23 mpg in the city, the company announced.
The EPA-estimated fuel economy was also revealed for variations equipped with 2.3-liter and 3.0-liter Ecoboost engines. The 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine offers 28 mpg highway/21 mpg city for rear-wheel drive, and 27 mpg highway/20 mpg city for all-wheel drive.
The 3.0-liter EcoBoost offers 24 mpg highway/18 mpg city in all-wheel drive.
