The Florida Association of Government Fleet Administrators (FLAGFA), NAFA Sunshine State Chapter, and Florida Utility Fleet Managers Association (FUFMA) are hosting their joint fall conference on Sept. 11-13 at the Tradewinds Island Resort in St. Pete Beach, Fla.

The event kicks off on Wednesday, Sept. 11 with a pre-conference golf outing. Wednesday also features a NAFA Fleet Management Association Boot Camp and exam sitting about Information Management. Conference check in and registration starts at 2 p.m., and the Wednesday night hospitality meet-and-greet event will close out the first day.

Thursday morning begins with keynote speaker Joe Robinson, speaking about “Active Thinking for High Reliability Leaders” and continuing with timely topic presentations on security and the Florida Fleet Masters forum featuring national award-winning presenters Mario Guzman from City of West Palm Beach and Robert Stine of Hillsborough County.  The afternoon presentation by Leslie Hill on “Mobilizing the Next Generation” leads into the vendor expo.

On Friday morning, the conference begins with the second part of the Fleet Masters Forum, leading into an OEM product update from FCA, Ford, General Motors, and Nissan.  The conference will then close with prize drawings, wrap-up, and announcements for the next conference.
